Combining short- and long-term vitamin A control programs

This paper in the now-defunct Uppsala University ICH quarterly newsletter NU (funded by Sida) argued for a policy approach that was getting a good deal of attention in the early 90s – an idea which lost currency soon thereafter when donor agencies decided to go with the narrow approach of funding little else than periodic ”unversal” distribution of vitamin A capsules.
