How exclusive is exclusive breastfeeding? A comparison of since birth with current status data.

This paper compared the proportion of Swedish mothers who breastfed exclusively for 4 months if one looked at a 24 hour recall compared to those who had continuously done so from birth in the same, very detailed, data set.

My Recommendations

There are literally hundreds of books about breastfeeding to choose from. I’ve tried below to sort out some of the most reliable, most up to date books on a variety of breastfeeding-related subjects to recommend, giving a little comment on each.

Another great gift, not available from Amazon, is a membership in Baby Milk Action, which includes a subscription to a paper copy of their newsletter, my favorite of the excellent ones various IBFAN groups issue.
