Country perspective: India (in: Combating Malnutrition, Time to Act)
In 1999, the World Bank and UNICEF hired David Pyle and I to do a study on what influenced nutrition policy in India during the past 12 years. We had too little time to do a comprehensive job of it, but this chapter in the resulting book summarizes what we did find out.
